What is/are Miracle Movements?
I broke my neck in 1996 – 31 years ago. I needed a system to heal, and over the last 31 years I’ve added to my practice these things: Yoga both asana, breath, meditation, and some other things. I’ve added in Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, The Five Tibetans, and Dan Millman’s The Peaceful Warrior Workout. I’ve surfed 37 years, biked, played tennis, and basically an athlete.
How? By doing simple movements, and breath aligned. By doing the practices that I put the least amount of time and stress into, and get the highest payoff for that time. What you see here are those things. The current sequence is a modified version of Yogananda’s exercises, that I call Energizing Exercises. They are 36 movements timed with breath and muscle contractions and release. Feels a bit like Chi Gong or Tai Chi. And can be done in 10-15 minutes in any location. The payoff? Clearer, more grounded, more energy, better brain function, calmer mind.
