Food Preparation Group – Post-Farmers Market

Getting all colors means getting a broad spectrum of nutrients. Getting all parts of plants means on some level we nourish our whole body/parts.

We meet after the Farmer's Market on Wednesday as the food is freshest then.
We meet from 4pm to 6pm at 1270 Capitola Road, Santa Cruz CA 95062.

Why do we shop at the Farmer's Market?  Because they make more money, we get fresher foods (with more vitality and nutrition)

Why should we attend this group?  You will learn creative new ways to use food, have fun preparing food with others, and be in community.

Do you want to attend but live too far away?  Fine, we can help you set up at home and have a computer or phone handy and we can have you look in from there.

If this resonates with you and you live within 100 miles of Santa Cruz, we can set up a food preparation group for up to 20 people for cost of travel, you buy the food, and a fee of $200.  Get 10 people and that's only $20 each!
